At Brick-Smith, we work with trusted sellers across our marketplace. Orders are fulfilled by individual sellers, but our support team is here if you need help.
30-Day Returns
If eligible, you can request a return within 30 days of your order date.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, non-custom or personalised, and returned with proof of purchase. Returns for sizing, fit, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for used, worn, washed, or opened products, custom or personalised items, compatibility issues or accessories such as adapters or cables, or orders already processed before cancellation. Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour if they have not yet been processed.
Free gifts or promotional items, such as free shorts or sweatpants, are subject to availability and may be substituted or removed at any time. Complimentary items do not qualify an order for cancellation, return, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the seller to arrange a replacement or return. Return shipping costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility.
Starting a Return
Contact us through the support form on our website with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Refunds
Once the seller receives and approves your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
