Shipping Policy

All sellers on Brick-Smith are expected to process orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days. Orders placed with Premium Shipping are prioritised and processed first.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy sales periods, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs processing, or seasonal demand. Orders placed after December 11th may not arrive before Christmas, and orders placed during late January to early February may experience additional delays due to New Year holiday periods.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information provided by the seller.

Brick-Smith is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities or postal services upon delivery.

We are also not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by courier or postal services. In these cases, customers may need to contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
